 Accepting Applications for Next Year



Thank you for your interest in Christ Church Preschool. We welcome you to visit our classrooms during non-class time by making an appointment by contacting Emily Rodack at Registration normally starts in December for classes that start the following September, but students can continue to enroll for the current year until December 1st. Please download and complete an application noting your preference for morning or afternoon classes.  Mail the application along with a $60 non-refundable application fee to the registrar’s address on the form. Forms may not be dropped off at the Preschool. You will receive an email notifying you of your child’s acceptance to school. When necessary, we will start a waiting list if our classes reach capacity.


At our September orientation, you will meet your child’s teachers and will receive a copy of the Parents’ Handbook. This will cover the policies of the school and will give you a lot of information pertaining to how the school functions and what to expect during the daily schedule. There will be a few forms to be filled out during Orientation. While the parents are having the informational session with the teacher, the children will have the opportunity to play and explore the classroom and meet their new classmates under the supervision of one of our school aides.



  • Does my child need to be potty trained?
    Christ Church Preschool does not require a child to be potty trained in order to participate in any programs.
  • Do you give tuition assistance?
    For families with multiple children enrolled at Preschool, we offer a 10% discount on the total cost of tuition. Because our funds come only from tuition, we are limited in offering scholarship assistance; however, we will reduce tuition based on need.
  • Can I pay the tuition with a credit card?
    Yes, starting in September 2022, you can log on to: You will need to add 2% of your payment to the total amount you are charging to help cover the cost of the site.
  • Do you give refunds if a child has to withdraw from the Preschool.
    Yes. We require a two-week written (or emailed) notice in the case of withdrawing. Pre-paid full months’ tuition will be refunded. We do not refund partial month tuition. Registration fees are not refundable.
  • Can I tour the preschool before I enroll my child?
    We offer tours only when Preschool classes are not in session. You can call the school at 412-364-7685 or email at to schedule an after-school hours tour.
  • Do you provide daycare?
    No, we do not provide daycare. We are a preschool with programs lasting approximately two-and-a-half hours per session. We require a parent or care-giver to come in the building to drop off and pick up their child before and class. We have no ability to provide additional care.
  • Do you require face masks?
    The preschool follows the guidelines of the North Hills School District as well as the CDC. If the local rate of infection increases and masks are mandated, we will comply with the requirement.
  • Are you a nut free facility?
    Yes. We require any snacks provided for Preschool to be nut-free. This also applies to treats brought in for birthday or holiday celebrations.
  • Can I drop off my registration at the Preschool?
    No. Registrations must be sent via mail to our Registrar’s address as shown on the application.
  • Can I pay my tuition at the Preschool?
    Yes. Payments can be placed in the Preschool’s wall mailbox located near the Preschool waiting room.
